Ghyll Manor Country Hotel, Horsham

The separate accommodation building known as Willow was excellent in many ways, ideal for our needs, and good value for the size. However, there were a few issues on the first floor due to the lack of a lift.

The hotel offers a unique choice of rooms, from the cozy 'Rafters' suite with a very comfortable bed to the spacious 'cottage' with a lovely view of the grounds. The service was top-notch, although the dining experience left much to be desired. The location is easily accessible and worth exploring, but the dining quality could be improved.

Birch cottage was very spacious with its own lounge area, en-suite bathroom, and nearness to Gatwick airport. The service was exceptional with friendly staff. The hotel facilities were satisfactory. The main building was a bit noisy over the bar, and the distant room access was inconvenient.

The hotel's room, named 'Rafters,' was spacious and comfortable despite being a bit dated and noisy due to its proximity to the kitchen. The location was peaceful and good for visiting Brighton, near Horsham and Gatwick, with a separate lounge area. However, the dining was described as inedible and overpriced, suffering from buffet issues.
